A wonderful discovery for dinner tonight. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; the dishes were beautifully presented, original, and delicious. Impeccable service with impeccable attire (superb jumpsuit 😉).

A very warm and welcoming place, romantic atmosphere, perfect for couples, incredible food, a delight every time, and a special mention to the two hostesses (I unfortunately don't know their names), they are just wonderful 👍, always very pleasant, smiling, and charming. Thank you! 👌👏

Fourth visit to Biz'tro, fourth exceptional experience! The cuisine is refined, creative, and meticulously prepared. We always discover new flavors and pairings! The service is attentive and highly competent, especially when it comes to pairing wine with the dishes! We always return with curiosity and leave completely satisfied! A short stay in Beaune, and we had a gift voucher from Cuisinella (thank you to the Montbéliard store). A wonderful discovery! Excellent food, refined dishes, and attentive staff. Don't hesitate to go. Excellent! 👌

23/07/2026: C'etait parfait. Lunch set menu was good value and delicious. The service was attentive, positive, tactful and kind. The dishes were creative and tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant outside was great and felt like an experience rather than a simple lunch. It was like a Michelin to me.
13/07/2026: The lunch set meal was sweet and sour, which paired well with the dry white wine, making for a very satisfying meal. The service was noticeably more attentive and proactive towards regular customers.
