Biz'tro sur Beaune

We booked last minute on our trip to Paris and it turned out to be an amazing surprise ! The menu bourguignonne was insane and the eggs as well! Totally recommend

First and foremost, booking is highly recommended 😇 A wonderful discovery: the "Chic & Gourmand" restaurant. A very warm welcome and a lovely table on the terrace where you can savor this delicious cuisine. Crafted dishes with a multitude of flavors, accompanied by recommended wines. From delicious appetizers to the must-try escargots or pâté en croûte, to the surprising beef and veal carpaccio 😋... The journey continues with the foie gras ravioli 😋🤪... which speak for themselves... (excellent). To finish, a touch of five cheeses 😏. "Chic & Gourmand" is bursting with flavor and highly recommended for any visit to Beaune.

We had dinner here. The atmosphere outside was lovely. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was a delight! High-quality ingredients, beautifully prepared. We had a wonderful evening and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely evening enjoying a four-course Burgundian meal, which allowed us to appreciate the local cuisine. The staff, who were very friendly and helpful, gave us excellent advice. The terrace was a welcome respite during this heatwave. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The perfect spot we were looking for. The duck ravioli were amazing 😍 and the hanger steak tataki was a true explosion of flavors. Crispy yet soft homemade bread. Excellent wine recommendations and attentive service. A cheese platter to finish in style. A must-visit in Beaune, be sure to book ahead!

Of all the restaurants I've tried in Beaune, this is by far the best. It was my fifth time there, and from the appetizer to the dessert, everything has always been perfectly executed.

A truly wonderful discovery in Beaune. Everything is just right at Biz’tro: absolutely perfect service—attentive, warm, and expertly handled—and precise, generous, and incredibly delicious cuisine, where every dish is a winner. Special mention goes to the magnificent wine list, rich, intelligent, and full of excellent selections, accompanied by particularly insightful recommendations that demonstrate genuine knowledge and passion. This is the kind of place we wish we could find more often: taste, expertise, pleasure, and a top-notch team. Flawless from start to finish.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The only slight drawback was the service, which was a bit slow. However, the staff, always smiling and attentive, never stopped working. Perhaps they were short-staffed during the summer season?

We came for lunch today. We ordered the eggs meurette, the snails, the beef bourguignon, and the mirabelle plum brownie. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend you try their superb dishes.
