This Is quite possibly the best little restaurant in Beaune. The service is excellent. The cuisine is refined, yet generous. And, for me, the wine list has some amazing treasures at very reasonable prices. Don’t come too ofen, leave a seat for me !

We had very high expectations before discovering Rebond, fueled by all the hype and excellent reviews we'd heard… and we weren't disappointed at all, quite the opposite! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The welcome, the setting, the attentive and warm service, but above all, the meal, which was simply delicious. Each dish was refined, balanced, and bursting with flavor, showcasing true skill and creativity. Special mention goes to the wine list, which is simply magical. It offers a remarkable selection and allows for superb food and wine pairings that further enhance the experience. An address we recommend without hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure.

Very good restaurant! Cozy, very good service. Fantastic wine list! Great that you can take two dishes for 32€ and three for 40. We chose a portion of cheese that we shared, it was enough. We were very full when we left. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the butternut squash and chestnut soup, absolutely delicious! The gougères were exquisite as always, and the cod was very delicate. A lovely wine selection with a 2018 vintage by the glass – a smart choice. Well done!
