Bloempot sur Lille

An exceptional gastronomic experience! We had lunch at Bloempot on a Thursday and were captivated from the moment we walked in. The setting, a former workshop located behind a florist, is magnificent with its raw, industrial style. The local cuisine (produce sourced within 150 km) is a true feat of creativity. We opted for the 8-course tasting menu with non-alcoholic beverage pairings: flawless from start to finish. The asparagus, the veal with its green vegetable espuma, and the original cheese preparation were simply unforgettable. A huge thank you to the team for their kindness and for precisely adapting the menu for a diabetic. The service is relaxed, warm, and very professional. A must-visit in Lille!

Excellent cuisine. Our taste buds loved it. Very original. Weekday lunch menu: 4 courses for €37. 8-course menu for €80. Non-alcoholic beverage pairing for €15, offering a wealth of originality and flavors to discover. Wine pairing for €20. Beautifully decorated in a rustic style.

Food too experimental. Seaweed soup was like a mouthful of seawater. Natural wine was tart and bitter. Long waits between courses. Disappointing compared to what we had expected.

Bloempot is definitely my favorite restaurant in Lille. The setting is magnificent (we arrived just in time for the terrace to open and the beautiful weather to arrive), the staff is incredibly attentive and kind! It's a true culinary experience where every detail counts; the eight courses are exceptional: from the amuse-bouche to the petit fours, everything is sublimely balanced and refined—a special mention for the desserts, which were absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful time. Bravo to the front-of-house and kitchen staff, and thank you so much!

A timeless moment, an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect: the venue, the welcome, the service, the meal, the wine—everything. Each dish was a true surprise, exquisitely delicate and meticulously detailed, a cuisine of exquisite finesse, some of the best I've ever tasted. The support throughout the experience was perfect, discreet yet attentive. The wine list is extensive, and we received excellent recommendations; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, both on the plate and in the glass. A very special mention: I'm a vegetarian, and this is the first time I've experienced such attention to detail in the presentation of the food. Seriously, congratulations to the entire team.

We went here for dinner on a Friday night. The venue is great. There’s a beautiful entrance that leads to the restaurant. We decided on the full experience. Basically a surprise menu with drinks. We had a great evening and the food is great. Some things weren’t as expected though. Although it was a full experience, a drink with the first and last course wasn’t included. That was an extra €50 we didn’t expect to spend when we booked as it was supposed to be a *full* experience. All other courses did come with a pairing. The drinks were mostly wine, except for one beer. I like beer, but this beer was pretty bad. Lastly we were a bit surprised that we had to share a small piece of meat as the main course. Overall we had a great evening out and this restaurant ended up being some great value for money. I would definitely recommend trying Bloempot at least once.

An incredible experience! A four-course tasting menu, each course more sensational than the last! Unexpected flavors, exceptional taste and freshness of ingredients, surprising and refined combinations. All perfectly paired with wine or beer! In short, an unforgettable experience. And I mustn't forget the particularly young and friendly team! Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!
