Very warm welcome and efficient, professional and warm service from the boss! In the kitchen we are dealing with professionals of Lille gastronomy, the complete welsh and the carbonnade are really successful, and the meal ended in apotheosis with succulent desserts... A very nice discovery outside the tourist areas.

Wonderful! The food was amazing, and the lovely gentleman who served us was kind, friendly, funny and ever so patient with a non-French-speaking group! In particular, the goats cheese starter was delicious, the Welsh complet was a cheesy delight and the creme brulee was heaven. Thank you!

Significant drop in quality compared to my last visit a few months ago. The carbonnade is too sweet, not much maroilles in the croquettes, the maroilles sauce is a little grainy... Why serve burgers in Swedish bread? the dishes are just passable, without being exceptional.

I absolutely love this place! It’s very local and serves all the northern French dishes. The staff were super friendly and also spoke English. I am visiting Lille for 3 days and I ate here twice. The la carbonade flamande is amazing 10/10 would recommend.
