Blue Flamingo sur Strasbourg

A relaxing moment in a beautiful, unique setting with a very friendly manager. My homemade aperitifs are twice the size of theirs here, but I'm told that's too much. Well done to the team.

Very pleasant, only downside: the dirty state of the water with stagnant waste, a rather unsightly sight.

I tried the rooftop after already being won over by the restaurant. And just like before: superb setting, chill atmosphere, the rooftop is really well laid out, and the cocktails are truly delicious, all accompanied by tapas-style food that's equally tasty, with top-notch service. I'll definitely be back as soon as I get the chance.

I was lucky enough to be invited to the Blue Flamingo, and what a wonderful surprise! We started the evening on the rooftop, enjoying a delicious mocktail accompanied by the Trio Apéro: guacamole, Kalamata olives, homemade crispy nuts, and nachos. We then went downstairs for dinner in a cozy, intimate, and very pleasant setting, almost feeling like we were sitting right on the water… For starters, we shared the vitello tonnato with marjoram, served with a parmesan crisp, fried capers, and pickles, as well as the pepper antipasti, accompanied by an artichoke coulis, tapenade, and sun-dried tomatoes. For our main courses, we chose the tori katsu, composed of breaded chicken, miso-glazed eggplant, Japanese rice, cilantro, and ponzu sauce, as well as the seared tuna, accompanied by marinated and seared watermelon, a summer herb vinaigrette, feta cheese, and arugula. Everything was paired with a very good wine, perfectly recommended by our friendly and attentive server. We finished this delicious meal with a few scoops of ice cream. A truly delightful and memorable experience in a particularly pleasant atmosphere. A wonderful place!

Everything was perfect! The cocktails were excellent 😋😋. And it's great that they adapted the menu for children; it's a nice change from the usual chicken nuggets and fries.

A unique and very pleasant spot, perfect for drinks on the rooftop or for dinner. Be sure to specify if you want to eat on the rooftop (only tapas are available).

We received a very warm welcome; we waited a little while for our starters, but the very kind manager explained that there had been a mistake with our table. His kindness ensured we had a very pleasant experience. The food was excellent. We will definitely return.
