For the first time in my life, I tasted a dish where the vegetables rivaled the meat. Usually, it's always the meat that dominates the dish; but not here. They're cooked in such a way that they truly stand out, and aren't just a side dish. Even the dessert with chocolate and peanut butter was really well thought out. You might think it would be very heavy at the end of a meal, but again, I'm surprised that it was all so light. A big thank you to the chef for creating such a well-thought-out menu.

Refined and sophisticated cuisine, with ample portions for dinner. A delightful combination of delicate and intriguing flavors, expertly cooked. Service was a bit slow, but the menu and wine list were excellent. Thank you!
