Superb slow-cooked pork ribs and cod with seaweed butter. Very caring waiters and boss. Warm atmosphere even if at the end of November in the evening it is a little cold outside. But there, they have nothing to do with it :). I recommend!

It’s still absolutely excellent. We come from Bordeaux and we don't hesitate to make a big detour to eat there. Everything is extra fresh, ultra well cooked, seasoned… (and dish modified for my illness). Very polite service, very kind, very professional. Unbeatable value for money.

Pretty room in wood and black tones, large terrace on the Quai de la Nive, very friendly welcome. Well-done cuisine (very fine crispy prawn paste) with good products (excellent foie gras), inventive (particularly successful beef tartare with oysters). Good value for money, both for the food and the wines.

We were very well received by Roxanne. She was able to recommend a great wine that went very well with our dishes. The prime rib was fabulous, the desserts too and the cheese plate was made up of very good cheeses! To do without hesitation!

We came expressly to taste their croquetas which are excellent! Accompanied by a good Bordeaux wine it’s perfect, you are in Petit Bayonne so the atmosphere is super nice

Une vraie cuisine typique et familiale dans un cadre très typé et original A recommander pour comprendre le pays basque , avec Josette vous découvrirez que le Pays Basque est vraiment une terre d’accueil
18/09/2024: We came on a Wednesday lunchtime in September. You have to show up early to hope to get a place! It is an essential address for authentic Basque cuisine. We tasted a plate of Serrano ham and a piperade (typical Basque dish). Hearty and very good, with a glass of red wine. Very friendly and helpful waitresses. The restaurant ticket card is accepted. I recommend!

03/08/2024: Good morning, We had lunch on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. Warm welcome, rillettes and toast offered for an aperitif. The starters were plentiful and delicious. And our dishes, a roast pigeon and a rack of piglet, were really excellent and very well accompanied. An interesting wine list is offered. In short, an excellent address in Bayonne
26/07/2024: Located in a nice side of town, this restaurant is worth the detour. Fresh and local products. The plates are generous and delicious. The manager is welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
