One of the best cafes I've ever been to

A wonderful discovery! Very well located, excellent traditional dishes (we tried the trout from St Etienne de Baïgorry, the burgers with squid ink buns and pulled pork, and the Basque-style baby squid), all at a reasonable price. Peaceful atmosphere at the end of service and a very pleasant staff! We'll definitely be back!

While passing through this exceptional city, we had our lunch break at this establishment: a small set menu of starter, main course, and dessert at a very reasonable price and very tasty.

While visiting Bayonne, we chose this restaurant somewhat randomly. I must admit that the 4.3 rating on Google seems a bit low. We received a very warm welcome, the homemade punch at €2 was unbeatable, and the set menu for €20 was also unbeatable. The charcuterie platter, burger, and dessert were perfect. Well done!
