Nous avons appris à déguster un cidre basque dans les règles de l art.
Nous nous sommes régalés de ses tapas faits maison savoureux : poulet mariné , boeuf basquaise , patates à la sauce aux poivrons maison, chipirons, piment de padron , jambon ibérique!accompagne d un Valdepenas réserve 2014 ( doux soyeux ….)
La crème brûlée ( a la fleur d oranger)et le gâteau basque ( craquant et fin à la cerise noire)ont terminé de régaler mon mari et ma fille.
C est sur nous reviendrons!pour goûter les autres tapas faits maison.

Poncho was so sweet and his food even better! We had a lovely dinner here. The sangria was strong and you def get an essence of Spain eating here. The atmosphere is cozy and overall great experience! A reservation is needed.

I spent an enchanting evening in this place. There is a rich selection of truly exquisite sea, land and vegetarian tapas. The only problem is choosing because they are all inviting and appetizing, and when they arrive on the table it's a party. There are also many excellent wines; the sangria is unmissable. This restaurant, however, offers much more than a mouth-watering dinner, and what's more, at very honest prices.
The owner, in fact, entertains customers as if they were family members and makes them feel at home, explaining to them in detail the dishes on the menu and also the atmosphere in the restaurant. More than a dinner, at Bodega Potxolo you have an experience.

We have been in Paris for seven days, eating here, eating there, but unfortunately, because my friend Paco is very strange about food, on the last day he told me “look for a restaurant with Spanish food”, that's when we found 700 meters from where we stayed, Bodega Potxolo, a small but very cozy place, high quality food, very good Basque tapas, but the best thing, the owner, explains everything in great detail, the drinks, the tapas, the desserts, but above all their kindness is impeccable and the most grateful thing in CASTELLANO, in short I recommend it 100%, and as I said before unfortunately we discovered it the last night…..

What an evening at Patrice's, the potxolo bodega. We booked here to celebrate our departure from Paris with friends. A farewell evening full of joy and conviviality thanks to Patrice's hospitality. It feels like home.
In addition to his immense kindness and hospitality, the dishes he prepares that same morning are delicious. You can take everything on the map with your eyes closed.

To begin with, the treatment of the owner, whose name is Potxo, is spectacular, he explains details of all the portions he cooks, dedicated to cooking for 40 years, everything is delicious and very well presented.
I was with my wife and my two children and he treated us very well, my children are allergic to milk protein and what a coincidence that the owner was too, so he reassured me so that my children could eat, because you are always afraid By not speaking the same language you can see mistakes with Allergies.
The very cozy place is a very familiar tavern and very well decorated, it is small but more than enough for good service like that provided by POTXO, very attentive and pleasant.
The bad thing is that I discovered this restaurant the night before leaving France, otherwise I would have eaten at this restaurant all week.
I recommend it 150% to eat good tapas and feel like you are in Spain.
I think you can't go to Paris without visiting this restaurant.
Thank you very much POTXO for how comfortable we have been, and a pleasure to see you known.
When I return to Paris I will come to visit you.
My son has a hard time trying things because of his allergy, and with POTXO's approach and good treatment my son dared to try a Ham that was certainly delicious.

Una bienvenida encantadora de Patrice - su inglés era bueno, pero le preocupaba que no entendíamos, así que nos llevó a la cocina para mostrarnos la comida. Eso lo dice todo. En particular el besugo era tan bueno que tuvimos que tomar dos porciones.
