There's so much to say, everything is exceptional: the food, the original decor, the service... in short, everything is perfect!! There's only one thing to say: "If you're ever in Aigues-Mortes, this restaurant absolutely must be on your list of top restaurants!!" (The gourmet coffee is worth it, believe me!)

29/03/2026: This isn't our first time at Bistrot Paiou, and each visit is just as delightful. The flavors are always exceptional, the meats are cooked to perfection, and the presentation is as elegant as it is delicious. A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism, which allowed us to enjoy another wonderful meal together. We will definitely be back!

01/02/2026: Fantastic crêperie! The crêpes were excellent, generously filled, and full of flavor. (The Camargue crêpe was a delight!) The place is very pretty and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. A truly wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.
