There's so much to say, everything is exceptional: the food, the original decor, the service... in short, everything is perfect!! There's only one thing to say: "If you're ever in Aigues-Mortes, this restaurant absolutely must be on your list of top restaurants!!" (The gourmet coffee is worth it, believe me!)

19/02/2026: I'm rediscovering this restaurant after several months. Bravo for the flavors! Flawless in the pairings. Fresh and flavorful cuisine with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. A chef who not only knows how to work but is also welcoming and attentive to your well-being. I've been coming to Aigues-Mortes for a long time, and many restaurants change chefs or close down... Alas! For me, this is number one in Aigues-Mortes proper.
