Le Boem restaurant in Aigues-Mortes is a wonderful discovery. The food is excellent, with a menu that changes regularly, allowing you to always discover new flavors.

Excellent restaurant, both for the food and the atmosphere.
The menu is limited (which is often a good sign), but the dishes are well-prepared. Special mention goes to the kefta/labneh, which was absolutely divine.

The meal was good, although the menu selection was very limited on Sundays. The service was average despite a reservation. There was a clear lack of air conditioning, the lighting was very dim (or perhaps too dim), and the background music and noise made conversation difficult. A shame.
