What a wonderful discovery! The setting is beautiful and refined.
The welcome and service were excellent.
As for the food, we absolutely loved it! Every dish was exquisite and tantalized our taste buds. Everything was truly delicious!

An absolute sure bet and without a doubt the best restaurant in the region! I go there very regularly and the experience is flawless every time; it's impossible to be disappointed.
The cuisine is simply incredible, generous, and bursting with flavor. The chef perfectly succeeds in taking us on a culinary journey while maintaining that subtle regional touch that makes all the difference. Everything is expertly executed, from the appetizer to the dessert. You can go without hesitation!

An Asian-inspired meal bursting with flavors and diverse textures. The taste buds were awakened and delighted. Thank you!
It's a shame the dining room is so noisy; a romantic meal for two is ruined by groups seated near the tables for two. Perhaps it would be enough to rearrange the interior or ask those diners who think they're alone in the world to turn down the volume a little so everyone can enjoy the excellent food without only wanting to leave for some peace and quiet. That's really the biggest drawback.

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Le Bohème in Aigues-Mortes, along the canal.
As someone who has worked in a kitchen before, I can tell you it's a solid 10/10! 🤩
A true explosion of flavors, refined and perfectly executed cuisine, a warm and impeccable welcome, not to mention a magnificent setting. Everything was there for a wonderful evening.
I give it a 100% thumbs up and highly recommend this place! 👌✨
