Celebrated my birthday with a small group of friends and I believe it’s some of the best steak in town, and the wine selection is extensive, with great staff catering to every need. Highly recommend!

It's always too expensive when it's not good, but this is just too good, man! Every bite justifies the price. The bone marrow: Pure yum. The breaded pork chop: An absolute banger. Incredibly crispy, and the meat stays incredibly juicy. It reminded me of my first crushes... too short... The wine list, as thick as I am, is impressive, but everything is good. I almost finished the entire Languedoc section. A cuisine with soul, lovingly sourced ingredients, and an atmosphere where you don't feel rushed. You pay for real, good, solid food. Yum yum, slurp slurp. It's become our go-to spot; we go there whenever friends visit Paris.

01/11/2025: I discovered this restaurant before it received its Michelin star, over ten years ago. I have such fond memories of it, hence my review. I discovered Galician and Kobe beef there. It was incredible.
