Bouche B sur Aubiere

They say that "appearances can be deceiving"... Behind the unassuming facade of the "Bouche B" restaurant, you'd never guess that such refined cuisine, meticulously prepared and passionately enhanced, lies hidden. During our first visit to the neighborhood, we were delighted with our evening. This restaurant knows perfectly well how to conceal its little gourmet secrets!

As a regular customer, I was very disappointed today. The dish I ordered was not what I expected. There was no compensation offered, even though I didn't eat the product due to the error. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to ask for the dish to be remade. I was disappointed, despite it being a very good restaurant.

Delicious food. Responsive service. Cozy, nicely decorated dining room. Reasonable prices. A minor drawback is the storefront, which could be highlighted and lit during opening hours. I recommend this place!

Excellent meal this evening. Filou gave us a very warm welcome. We have absolutely no complaints about the Truffade, which was delicious, the rum baba, which was indeed rum-flavored, or the French toast brioche. The breaded chicken in the Vercingetorix salad was perfectly tender. All this accompanied by a lovely Pouilly-Fumé. We will gladly return! Thank you to the team!

Tried it last weekend, very good restaurant. The portion was very substantial (especially the "all duck" dish with a truly delicious leg), cooked perfectly, and the side dishes were also very good. I recommend it.

What a fantastic evening Saturday, February 21st, at BOUCHE B in Aubière! We celebrated the retirement of a waiter in March. We met at 8 pm with colleagues at this restaurant, which I hadn't been to before. The welcome was warm, and the quality of the food, from appetizer to dessert, was excellent, with beautiful presentation. The photos speak for themselves; we were all delighted with this meal, a celebration of friendship and loyalty, shared with people whose jobs aren't always easy, from the kitchen to the dining room. A special mention goes to Filou, the waitress, and his colleague at the bar for their kindness, smiles, and good humor. Special thanks also to the chef, the owner of BOUCHE B, and his team. So, if you're ever in the area, this restaurant is very conveniently located near the Ciné Aubière complex. Don't hesitate to stop by for a meal with friends and/or family and enjoy some delicious food. We too often forget that people who work in restaurants give their all to ensure customer satisfaction. A huge thank you to them and congratulations, because they do French gastronomy proud, both in the quality of their food and their service. It's a team effort, and it shows when everything runs smoothly, because cooking and service are complementary and inseparable for creating truly enjoyable moments.

Located in a pleasant setting with a small green space and in a quiet area. Friendly, courteous, and discreet welcome. Quick service. Truly unbeatable value for money on the weekday lunch menus. Fresh, well-prepared food. A great place to remember for shopping/cinema days out.

It doesn't look like much, but the food is good!
