I don't usually leave reviews... But when something's good, you have to say so! 👍 We were passing through Dole and discovered the restaurant Au Bouchon le Grevy for lunch. The sweetbreads were delicious and full of flavor 👍 as was the halibut on a bed of asparagus, and to finish, the dessert 🍰 👍 Well done! 😀 Absolutely perfect.

Celebrated my partner's 82nd birthday on February 25th, very good, very good. Impeccable service, and a candle on the dessert, Bravo! We returned the following week to eat excellent fresh frogs' legs. We'll keep this good address in mind. A little pricey, but when you love something!

My partner and I ate at this bouchon and we loved the menu! The dishes are homemade and everything is refined. The servers are very pleasant. Special mention goes to the restaurant's decor, which is typical of a bouchon 🙂. We will definitely be back.

24/05/2026: A superb discovery! We visit Dole from time to time, a town we adore. We went to the Circus and Brass Band Festival. I stopped by a little before dinner to make a reservation, and the staff very kindly found us a table on the terrace. This restaurant is a wonderful find: we ate very well, everything was beautifully cooked, the Gascony wine was excellent, and the value for money was very good. Moreover, despite the restaurant being busy and crowded, the staff were very pleasant and handled everything perfectly. For those who complain, it's because they don't know the restaurant business; I suggest they try working in it someday—they're looking for staff everywhere! A big thank you to the staff, and we'll be back very soon! 🙂
17/05/2026: A restaurant brimming with medieval charm, serving delicious and generous portions. We ordered the "gargantuan" salads, and they made a great meal! The service was excellent.

10/03/2026: Restaurant La Romanée offers simple yet refined cuisine in the old town of Dole. You can see and taste the freshness of the ingredients. We loved the food, the service, and the decor. Don't hesitate to ask for advice or questions. Absolutely no complaints; the owners are lovely, don't change a thing. I highly recommend it for families, friends, or even on your own. Above all, remember to make a reservation; it's a restaurant.
