Everything here is excellent. Rooms very spacious and clean, both diner and breakfast very good and superfriendly service. Beautifully situated at river, very near old city centre

Spacious and ideally located hotel
We enjoyed our short stay at this ideally located hotel. Excellent cuisine, impeccable cleanliness and service; we just felt the rooms could use a bit more decoration, as they had a slightly austere feel. Well done to the entire team.

A wonderful night in a beautiful, well-located hotel, quiet yet very close to the city center. I had an amazing pre-show meal with a fantastic three-course menu (starter, main, dessert) despite the tight schedule! A wonderful team who took excellent care of their guests. Exceptional restaurant. Very welcoming staff except for the older person in charge of the hotel who seems to be in a bad mood and no longer enjoys her job. It's a real shame because it's a very beautiful hotel.

My experience at the restaurant:
The owner greeted us very coldly and barely glanced at us as she showed us to our table.
The waiters, on the other hand, were very friendly.
The main course was good and well-seasoned.
However, I have serious doubts about the dessert; it was tasteless.
The setting is beautiful, but the atmosphere is rather cold.

We spent Valentine's Day at the Moulin des Ecorces restaurant.
A true feast for the eyes and the palate, with exquisite and refined dishes made with seasonal produce and prepared with care; we had an incredible time.
The service was impeccable, and Valérie and Patrick are very friendly.
We highly recommend it, and the setting is magnificent. A little gem...

Life is beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
I loved this restaurant, which truly honors French gastronomy with impeccable service in a joyful atmosphere. It had been a long time since I'd had such a pleasant experience in a restaurant.
We traveled 75 km from Louhans to reach Le Moulin des Écorces, and I would gladly travel even further from Lyon to enjoy the delicious dishes prepared by Chef Patrick and to experience the happiness that Valerie so generously provides.
