The bread is very good, the pastries are delicious, and the cakes are excellent. We love the Paris-Brest, which is a delight for the taste buds, and there's also a wide selection of cakes. Our favorite bakery/pastry shop in Carcassonne.

The kind of bakery we wish we could come to more often. The breads, cakes, and pastries are delicious, especially your Chocolatine, a treat at a reasonable price. The staff is very welcoming, and the service is fast.

21/12/2025: A rather pleasant place with a friendly welcome. The daily special was good and plentiful. The all-inclusive price, including glasses of wine, was very reasonable. I recommend it.
