It's your typical tourist restaurant, but it's quite good. We had the classic cassoulet and thought it was very tasty. The pizzas and other dishes we saw around also looked delicious. The service was adequate. There are many mixed reviews, but in my opinion, it's very good value for money and for the type of restaurant it is.

Absolutely delightful little stop.

Great atmosphere, good food, and right in the city center.
The service was a bit slow, not enough staff for so many customers, but they were very friendly.
We ordered the set menu because it made up for the price compared to the other individual dishes, since everything is expensive in that area.
The onion soup and the lasagna were delicious.

We went for lunch and the waiter was very friendly and helpful! He worked with enthusiasm and it was clear he enjoyed talking to the customers.
The food was good; I had a vegetarian legume burger and I really liked it.
We went back for dinner another time, this time for pizza, and it was very good too.

Came for a beer, but we ended up with a pizza too!
Late March afternoon, cool and very windy, so we sat inside. It was pretty busy, and a bit noisy. Our Waitstaff were excellent though. Our (vegan) pizza was great, perfect crust.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance after a tiring visit to Carcassonne Castle. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered sausage, duck, and steak tartare, all very good and well accompanied by salad, fries, and snails! We didn't order the caussolette, but it looked good. Highly recommended.

If you asked AI to design a rude waiter then it would give you exactly the man who served us. He expected us to decide what we wanted within seconds of being thrown the menus, he pointed at each of us whilst taking our orders. He huffed and puffed at various times and did not make eye contact.
We found his attitude funny because it was so bad.
The food was OK but sure there are much better places in the area.

After spending the whole day exploring the city walls, we went for dinner and loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The prices for both the set menu and individual dishes were typical, what you'd find anywhere. The food was delicious and hearty.
