We were seen quickly. The service was slow. It's not haute cuisine. Nevertheless, the gazpacho and the cassoulet were delicious. The lasagna wasn't great; you really had to search for the meat... The coffee ice cream was very good, as was the apple tart.

A pretty decent restaurant, right in the heart of Carcassonne, with a very reasonable 3-course menu for €21. The terrace is lovely. Good service.

We spent our first evening in Carcassonne lounging in the square taking in the atmosphere with a selection of reasonable priced local wines, what else could we ask for!

There were eight of us for lunch. Overall, it was a good meal, I must say. Everyone really enjoyed their dish, but I was disappointed with the chocolate mousse, which didn't seem homemade. The atmosphere was very noisy because there were a lot of tables inside to fit as many people as possible. A shame, because the food was good.

Our group of retirees received a warm welcome upon returning from our trip to Corsica with Ets SARRO. We were served by Marceau, a young and energetic waiter who reflects very well on the restaurant. The cassoulet was excellent.

It's your typical tourist restaurant, but it's quite good. We had the classic cassoulet and thought it was very tasty. The pizzas and other dishes we saw around also looked delicious. The service was adequate. There are many mixed reviews, but in my opinion, it's very good value for money and for the type of restaurant it is.

26/05/2026: I came here years ago and I really enjoyed it.
26/05/2026: A 3-star hotel that only deserves 2. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, there was mold in the bathroom, and neither the room nor the cleaning service was provided (we stayed for two nights). The breakfast "buffet" is rather meager for the price. The staff, however, are very helpful and pleasant.
