I want to thank the team, who are absolutely fantastic! The waitresses are lovely and patient. As customers, we witnessed a scene involving a gentleman who claimed his focaccia was frozen. We ate two focaccias or bruschetta that had just come out of the fridge, and they were perfect. This gentleman came back three times that day and even laid the ingredients of the dish out on the counter. He claims to have remained calm, which he certainly was at first, but then started raising his voice at Alicia, who managed to stay professional and calm. We intervened because the customer's behavior was unacceptable! Honestly, if you see a negative review about a frozen dish, don't pay any attention to it. Finally, I wanted to emphasize once again the quality of the food, which is excellent. Thank you!
