The pastries are excellent, and the traditional baguette is just as good. Special mention goes to the chocolate roulade (sorry, I can't remember the name) which I think is one of the best pastries I've ever eaten.

An excellent bakery that I highly recommend! The products are delicious, fresh, and made with care. You can really taste the quality and expertise in every bite. The service is simply outstanding: warm, friendly, and helpful. It's a real pleasure to come here! 16/09/2026: The place is very nice and stylish, right in the center of La Clusaz, really great. The service is excellent, the owner is super friendly and fun 👌 However, I was a little disappointed with the food... The hiker's platter turned out to be just a salad, a nasty surprise, and above all, there was nothing on it 🙄 One piece of toast, one slice of charcuterie, and that's it... At over €20 for the platter, we clearly expected something else. As for me, the classic fondue for one person with white wine was nothing special, served with the same salad and one slice of cured ham... I appreciate the effort to serve fondues for one person, but I was disappointed with the contents.

La Brasserie Centrale

20/08/2026: Second meal this week at this brasserie. Warm welcome with a 2-year-old (not always easy in some restaurants in La Clusaz), good food, reasonable prices, quick service, pleasant terrace. A good place to eat.
16/08/2026: Very good food, Fast and friendly service. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Thank you!!!
