I love Flunch, but the staff isn't friendly.
I told the cashier I had a meal voucher, and she sighed because she had to retype everything. When I told her I had a Flunch card, she replied, "Too late, we don't tell customers that."
And then the cook, who seemed completely unmotivated and didn't really want to serve me.

For a cafeteria-style restaurant, it does the job well, offering a fairly wide selection of dishes, sides, and desserts at reasonable prices. The staff remains friendly and helpful.

I love Flunch! I love relaxing there, enjoying a delicious Nutella crepe with whipped cream and a cappuccino. There's a choice of lunch and dinner options, all sorts of unlimited vegetables, and the service is decent. The waiters are friendly and polite. My grandson loves going there too, especially for the games.

A huge thank you! We came as a family (funeral) for my dad who left us far too soon (he loved Flunch). Upon arrival, the staff recognized us and opened a private room just for us. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. The meal was excellent! 👍🏼

The problem is the customers who come to eat, not the restaurant itself. These customers act like they own the place; for example, they speak loudly, disturb other customers, fart near them, and so on. This confirms that if it weren't for these certain customers, things would be better.

I've used Flunch catering several times and have always been very satisfied with the quality, speed, and friendliness of the staff. My last order had to be cancelled, but the team did everything they could to get me a refund. I want to thank you and wholeheartedly recommend your services.

A very bad experience at Flunch. The restaurant was dirty (tables not cleared, sticky floor), and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly.
The buffet was poorly stocked: several empty dishes, cold and dry vegetables, soggy fries… The quality was really disappointing. For a self-service restaurant, you expect at least some freshness and a minimum level of care.
In addition, the wait at the register was long even though it wasn't very busy.
In short, a disappointing experience. I don't think I'll be back.

Lunch was on a weekday, so it wasn't too busy.
They were out of mashed potatoes, but after asking, a full plate was brought to them within 5 minutes.
A bit more meat (pieces of beef, ham, chicken) would be welcome in the build-your-own bowl appetizers.
A few more microwaves would be helpful.
