The staff are very friendly and the bread and cakes are delicious. The bread is baked on-site and freezes very well, so you're never caught short if you have guests. Great shop.

We were warmly welcomed and well served. The saleswomen were polite and friendly, though they did try to gently encourage customers to order something extra, but that's business and it doesn't bother me. I understand it might annoy some customers, but not me personally. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. It's open 7 days a week, which is fantastic. Just one small negative point about the pizzas: too much dough and not enough toppings, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stopped by around noon and unfortunately, they were out of Classic sandwiches. But the cashier was lovely and made one especially for us in the kitchen! A huge thank you to her for her kindness and quick thinking; it made all the difference!

Regular customers of this excellent bakery, especially for its varied and generous anti-waste baskets, we were disappointed by the so-called XXL pizzas... They are 1/3 smaller than before, but not in price!

Fantastic team managed by a friendly and smiling manager. I highly recommend it, even though I gained a couple of kilos because of their bread, which is absolutely delicious!

20/06/2026: I discovered this restaurant, voted best brasserie bistro of 2026, so I went there out of curiosity. Located in Gaillac, not far from Toulouse, I had a wonderful time. I ordered an entrecôte, a very nice cut of meat, and everything was truly delicious. There's also a great selection of beers and wines, which is a real plus. The video projector and two televisions were showing the World Cup matches, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The beautiful setting, with its view of the square, really adds to the charm of the place. A very enjoyable experience at a highly recommended spot.
