Visiting my sister in Gaillac, we enjoyed some delicious pizzas 🍕 on a lovely terrace overlooking the main square. A nice place with friendly smiles (it's so refreshing!) and a real treat 😁 Two sizes to choose from: the small pizza, served with a salad 😋 a delight... I highly recommend this place, and the prices are very reasonable. Well done! Signed, the little sister from Bouillon Gaillac 😁

Third visit to Saint Pierre. What can I say except that it's still a great restaurant with excellent pizzas. Always a warm welcome. I'll be back for a fourth time.

04/08/2026: You know when you see a cafe is full, they must be doing something right. This cafe did not disappoint with its great location, service, and food offerings. It's located in the heart of the city and presents a lively shared area. Salads were amazing, fish and chips amazing. Recommend you visit this business.

20/06/2026: I discovered this restaurant, voted best brasserie bistro of 2026, so I went there out of curiosity. Located in Gaillac, not far from Toulouse, I had a wonderful time. I ordered an entrecôte, a very nice cut of meat, and everything was truly delicious. There's also a great selection of beers and wines, which is a real plus. The video projector and two televisions were showing the World Cup matches, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The beautiful setting, with its view of the square, really adds to the charm of the place. A very enjoyable experience at a highly recommended spot.
