This bakery is simply extraordinary. The bread is magnificent, the pastries are a delight, and the staff are lovely. The violet cream puffs... I don't even know the words to describe them. Bravo to the whole team, you are geniuses of pleasure! A delighted neighbor Five years later, I reiterate my opinion, adding that since the arrival of the new team, it's even better. We live in Avon, but when we go to Fontainebleau for the weekend, we always buy our baguettes and cakes at this bakery. I think everything is delicious. Just one small observation: the sourdough baguettes are getting thinner and thinner. I'm also taking off a star for the service, as the sales assistants aren't very friendly. I've been coming here for years, and what can I say about the pastries? They're as beautiful as they are delicious! There's a long wait, but it's worth it. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money. The sourdough baguette is superb, the pastries are incredible, perfectly risen and homemade, the croissant stretches and has a wonderful crust – a marvel! The only downside is sometimes a long wait, due to its popularity.

Passing through the area, I was looking for a bakery and let myself be guided by the reviews and photos. What a pleasant surprise! I only bought pastries: they were excellent, you can tell there's a really, really good pastry chef behind them. I'm very happy with my visit and I'll gladly go back again sometime.
