Le Franklin sur Fontainebleau

Very good dinner. Very hearty dish

During a weekend in Fontainebleau, we discovered this restaurant by chance and were not disappointed. The setting is cozy and cozy, perfect for family meals or a meal for two. The meat was quality and the service attentive. We will not hesitate to come back.

Pleasant waitress and good food. Not 5 stars because a little extra heating would be welcome.

Located in the heart of Fontainebleau, Le Franklin Roosevelt is a great choice to have a real meal. Definitely not among the cheapest ones, but the menu offers a variety of options. The service was quick and kind.

We were made very welcome even though we didn't book. Nice decoration and atmosphere, traditional, generous and tasty cuisine. The lamb shank is to die for!

Well located in the city center, the interior room is nice, with an old decor. However, we felt a little draft which was not very pleasant. The service is ok but we waited a while before our dishes were served. The menu offers varied dishes with essential French gastronomy. I opted for a sausage with a knife and its aligot for main course (€19.50). Even though I was a little disappointed with the quantity on the plate, the sausage was of good quality (not very fatty), and the aligot was good. The desserts were really plentiful and excellent! I tasted the French toast style brioche with homemade caramel (€8.50) and the homemade chocolate mousse (€7) which was incredible, with a superb texture. A real good ending note! Overall, we had a pleasant time with friends.

Very well eaten. Good welcome. Pleasant service with very little wait. The place is pleasant, in its original state, a little refreshment would be welcome 😊.

Déjeuner en tête à tête avec mon fils de 17mois. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Le service est impeccable. Les deux serveuses ont été au top et très avenantes. La qualité des plats n’est pas en reste, Nous nous sommes régalés ! À très bientôt
