I came this morning, the pastries were fine, as usual. However, it would be better to prioritize customer service over their phone line, hence my rating, because the sales assistants ignore you and chat amongst themselves – really not great.

Looks like a beautiful bakery. The welcome was a bit forced and not very inviting. We visited four times in one week while staying nearby. The bread and pastries had a very hard crust. We were very disappointed with the quality and the service.

03/07/2026: Meal: very good, price: reasonable, hygiene: adequate (dishes and restrooms). Service: pleasant and polite.
19/05/2026: A pleasant surprise for a supermarket brasserie. The food is very good and offers excellent value for money. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the baked eggs, which were a real treat.

10/08/2026: The madeleines are a must-try! Excellent, indulgent... a detour every time you're in Angoulême. In addition, the tableware on display is exquisite, truly unique and worth acquiring.
01/08/2026: I like to take a break here because the place is lovely, and the macarons and madeleines are homemade. The owners always have a kind word for me.
