We weren't familiar with this caterer. The waiter (who was there around 6:30 pm on August 15th) gave us a very pleasant welcome and told us about Monsieur Pignol's story. He also went out of his way to prepare a bag of ice for us. We enjoyed the chicken burger and the Lyon salad (both made with high-quality ingredients). The tiramisu and lemon meringue tart were excellent desserts. Thank you for this wonderful discovery.

I stopped by Printemps to satisfy a latte craving and received one of the best lattes of my life. The brunette waitress was not only incredibly pleasant and helpful, but also a latte expert. I'll definitely be back. 👌

I highly recommend this place! I had a coffee and an ice cream sundae, and it was delicious. Moreover, the brunette waitress was incredibly kind, which made the experience at Pignol sublime from beginning to end. Thank you again, and I look forward to returning!

A wonderful experience at Pignol in Printemps Lyon. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, making the visit a truly pleasant one. The welcome is warm, and the products are excellent, of very high quality. I highly recommend this store!

04/10/2026: My friends and I had a wonderful time at Flair restaurant! We all loved the creative flavor combinations and the elegant presentation. The warm welcome and friendly service were also much appreciated. I've been a few times for lunch and have always been impressed by the Chef's offerings; I can't wait to come back for dinner!

05/10/2026: A very good address in Lyon, the products are of good quality (the truffle mortadella...a must-try!), and the service is good. I'm really looking forward to summer to play pétanque on the terrace.
03/10/2026: This Friday, October 2nd, we booked a private room for about 18 people, and the service was excellent. I had requested a specific table arrangement beforehand, and it was perfect. The order was quick, the food was good, and the prices were reasonable. Thank you to Sylvain, who was there to provide service, for his availability, professionalism, and warm welcome. This is my second time at this restaurant, and I'm definitely not disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
