It looked outdated, the workers only spoke French, the food was pretty bland. The main room was not at all welcoming, it's like an industrial warehouse. There is no elevator to get to the rooms, we were on the second floor and had to go up with dogs and suitcases and besides, I have a bad knee.

We spent an overnight stay at this establishment with the Toulouse Harley Davidson chapter. There were 55 of us. We were very satisfied. The meal was excellent; the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped (good bedding). Furthermore, the location was easily accessible, very quiet, with secure parking; and the staff was very attentive. We had a very pleasant time. We recommend this establishment without hesitation.

Only the restaurant, good, but a bit expensive, not very generous portions.

We love coming to this establishment with family, friends, or for family events. It's always a real pleasure. The place is very welcoming and friendly. Special mention to the manager, Stéphane, who is absolutely lovely… and I mean it. He's a real character, enjoys interacting with customers, and takes the time to get to know people, asking, for example, where we're from. He's also very appreciative and remembers when we've been before. He doesn't hesitate to show his appreciation with a complimentary coffee or a little something for the children (sweets or a game). It's a very customer-friendly and particularly appreciated attitude. Ms. Leitao 😉
