A very pleasant surprise. It's rare to find real food in tourist areas, but here it's truly homemade. We had the charcuterie platter as a starter: excellent and very generous. Then we had slow-cooked lamb shoulder and Asian-style honey-glazed pork. Everything was excellent, and the outdoor seating was very pleasant.

The fried fish was perfect: crispy shell, juicy flesh, a delicate and flavorful sauce... the beans were crunchy and tasty, in short... superb! As usual, they take you on a culinary journey... I highly recommend it.

Great place to eat. Food plentiful and good service. Individual meal available or can have 2 or 3 courses for a set price. Pictured is a hamburger and they ask how you like it cooked.🍔

A very warm and friendly welcome. Once seated, you immediately feel a welcoming atmosphere, with no stress in the service. I also really appreciated that the main courses were served after the aperitif was finished, which isn't always the case. The plates were generously portioned and beautifully presented. We had a very enjoyable meal.

A simple, welcoming restaurant in the center of Millau. The dishes are of good quality, and the meat is worthy of the region. Avoid the tiny and very average foie gras appetizer for its price of 17 euros. The rest is acceptable, nothing more.

Bowling de Millau Restaurant

30/04/2026: It looked outdated, the workers only spoke French, the food was pretty bland. The main room was not at all welcoming, it's like an industrial warehouse. There is no elevator to get to the rooms, we were on the second floor and had to go up with dogs and suitcases and besides, I have a bad knee.
28/04/2026: We spent an overnight stay at this establishment with the Toulouse Harley Davidson chapter. There were 55 of us. We were very satisfied. The meal was excellent; the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped (good bedding). Furthermore, the location was easily accessible, very quiet, with secure parking; and the staff was very attentive. We had a very pleasant time. We recommend this establishment without hesitation.
