Very good restaurant, the servers are friendly, the caramel pork is delicious, the desserts too, I recommend this gourmet break in the square.

Excellent restaurant. Quality ingredients, a beautiful setting, and a warm welcome. We've been eating here for several years now, every time we come to Millau with our dogs, and we'll be back for a long time to come. I highly recommend it.

We had reserved a table for the Viaduct race this Sunday... despite the crowds of runners and last-minute requests, the owner managed the staff and tables very well. We had a delicious meal, and thank you again to our waitress for her kindness and efficiency! Table 44 thanks you and says see you in two years!

I didn't have time to take a picture, the smell and appearance of my plate were so appetizing. (Caramelized pork) A journey from the very first bite. Thank you and congratulations on the dish and dessert (cream and madeleine 🤤), for the service, and for the warm atmosphere.

A very pleasant surprise. It's rare to find real food in tourist areas, but here it's truly homemade. We had the charcuterie platter as a starter: excellent and very generous. Then we had slow-cooked lamb shoulder and Asian-style honey-glazed pork. Everything was excellent, and the outdoor seating was very pleasant.

The fried fish was perfect: crispy shell, juicy flesh, a delicate and flavorful sauce... the beans were crunchy and tasty, in short... superb! As usual, they take you on a culinary journey... I highly recommend it.

21/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in the center of Millau! The terrace was packed because it was market day, but Lenny, our waiter, took great care of us! Perfect burger, amazing tiramisu. I'll gladly go back.
