P.S.: You can think whatever you like of your guests; however, I would have appreciated not seeing Mr. Salt and Pepper roll his eyes when I said, "Yes, we had a good dinner," when asked if I had "eaten well." I'll give you the 5-star rating you deserve, but I won't be back.

Excellent service, elegant establishment, and a lovely menu. The waiters even came to get us water. There are cloakrooms available for our coats. I highly recommend it.

A very pretty setting with beautifully presented and elegant dishes. The fish was perfectly cooked and the service impeccable. I forgot to take photos, but I will definitely go back with my husband.

17/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery in Besançon! The welcome was simply exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put you at ease. As for the food, it was a real treat. I opted for a flavorful and perfectly executed Arbois-style gratin, accompanied by a Bethanie wine that paired wonderfully. For dessert, the lemon cream meringue was light, balanced, and bursting with freshness. And to finish, an original and fragrant fir liqueur, perfect for concluding the meal. You can feel a real authenticity in both the food and the service. A place I highly recommend!
