Our go-to restaurant in Besançon. What a joy to return! The staff are still there, attentive and caring, the terrace is magnificent, the food is superb... Bravo!

The welcome and food were excellent. The staff were very attentive and pleasant when I sent my dish back because it contained mushrooms, to which I am allergic. I hadn't thought to mention it, not expecting them to be in the dish. They quickly remade the dish and kept my partner's warm. If I'm ever in Besançon again, I'll definitely try it again, as the dishes are generous, original, and refined.
