A truly top-notch brasserie. The dishes are generous and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and setting are perfectly in keeping, simple and cheerful. The waiter is super friendly. Very welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Discovered this place during a guided tour of the Wholesale Market, with the option of a traditional Lyonnais snack (mâchon) at the end. No regrets: the service was quick and friendly. The five courses of the mâchon were all excellent, followed by fromage blanc and coffee. A truly wonderful experience, this tour with the mâchon!

Once again, a real treat for the taste buds. The Angus cheese melts in your mouth. Top-notch staff. Very good selection of wines and desserts. You can go there with your eyes closed.

04/01/2026: We chose Ambiance et Saveurs as our wedding caterer, and we were thrilled! In addition to the delicious cocktail hour and meal, which our guests absolutely loved, the service team was fantastic: they created an incredible atmosphere while remaining perfectly professional. A huge thank you to them for their work, which greatly contributed to the success of our day!
23/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Despite a table of 22, we didn't have to wait at all, which was truly appreciated. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and served piping hot. The service was impeccable from start to finish: attentive, friendly, and highly professional staff. A big thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience; we will gladly return.
