A truly top-notch brasserie. The dishes are generous and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and setting are perfectly in keeping, simple and cheerful. The waiter is super friendly. Very welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Top-quality meat, a truly original concept. A superb atmosphere and a pleasant setting. Excellent value for money. A dynamic and cheerful team. Above all, don't turn around when you reach the market gates; ring the bell and they'll let you in.

Discovered this place during a guided tour of the Wholesale Market, with the option of a traditional Lyonnais snack (mâchon) at the end. No regrets: the service was quick and friendly. The five courses of the mâchon were all excellent, followed by fromage blanc and coffee. A truly wonderful experience, this tour with the mâchon!

Once again, a real treat for the taste buds. The Angus cheese melts in your mouth. Top-notch staff. Very good selection of wines and desserts. You can go there with your eyes closed.

19/11/2025: "The best food I've ever eaten at a wedding!" That was one of the comments our guests made during our wedding. We are extremely happy to have chosen Ambiance & Saveur as our caterer. Exceptional dishes, simple yet elegant, for an explosion of flavors. Our only regret is not having had the time to enjoy the live cooking demonstrations during the cocktail hour, as we received so many compliments on them! The team's ease of communication and professionalism truly helped us throughout the entire planning process and on the big day!
14/11/2025: We are delighted to have chosen Ambiance et Saveurs for our wedding. The communication and event planning were excellent. You can tell right away that you're dealing with true professionals. Everything was perfectly organized from the moment they arrived, and we didn't have to worry about a thing during the event. And now for the most important thing: according to all our guests, it was excellent!

30/08/2024: For those who love good meat, this is THE restaurant to try! It's a bit of a factory, the atmosphere is non-existent, BUT, the food is really SUPER good, I've been there several times, I recommend!
