Good value for money hotel. Simple and clean room, good bedding. Calm. Excellent breakfast, very good coffee but also with real freshly squeezed orange juice!!! Even in 3 or 4 stars we don't get them often!!!. Very warm and smiling welcome.

I stayed here back in August for one night and enjoyed my stay. The staff were very thoughtful - there was a heatwave when I visited so they upgraded my room for free to one that one bigger and cooler. Their local knowledge was excellent too - I had asked at Tourist Info how to get to local swimming pool and they told me only way was taxi. But the lady at the hotel found a bus I could take and gave me detailed instructions on how to get it etc. The breakfast was also good. The location was good - a nice walk to the train station and to the Chateux.
The kitchen is very good, good quality meat. On the other hand, disappointed by the service, in fact tables were free but it was impossible to sit on that one. The waitress did not want to set this table for 2 people. Really unfortunate for a restaurant to have good quality cuisine, and a regrettable customer experience...
I have known this restaurant for years and I highly recommend this address: very well decorated restaurant room, tasty and copious dishes (I enjoyed the sea bass fillet and the homemade mash), exquisite desserts (I always have the same dessert : chocolate fondant, vanilla ice cream without forgetting the Chantilly cream) and finally the service is impeccable: the waitresses are dynamic and friendly.

Very well located hotel, we appreciated the friendly staff, the breakfast is really good and complete.
The room was acceptable but in the heat and under the attic it was a real oven.
