A perfect stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was very clean, and the mattress was comfortable.

I've been to this restaurant several times and have never had a single complaint. The service is always impeccable and the food is very fresh and delicious. I've tried it for lunch and dinner, and it's always just as good, whether I'm on the veranda or inside. I'll definitely be back, as I do every time I'm in Chantilly.

Sadly we didn't get a chance to eat here. Maybe sadly or maybe happily. Running a restaurant really isn't that difficult. A party enters say hello welcome...we entered no welcome. We sad French menu given to us despite us speaking in English. France is one of 4 nations that speaks French of 300+ others. Just say welcome here are the menus let me come right back to translate. Ignored us for 10 mins we left.

Le Jardin d'Hiver

10/01/2026: A very good experience at the Jardin d'Hiver restaurant for my partner's birthday. The place is magnificent, the staff very friendly and welcoming, and the food refined. I highly recommend it!
08/01/2026: A magnificent restaurant in an incredible hotel. We dined in the winter garden last night. The service was very good, but I do have a few comments. First, my partner had requested the rare veal (even though it's not the ideal way to cook this type of meat), and it arrived very well-done. I don't know if the chef decided to ignore his request. As for me, I ordered the prawns. They were very good but very small; there were only six on my plate, which I find stingy for the price.
