A major disappointment for a dinner costing over €100 per person.
While the decor, inspired by the castle's interior, is remarkable and the drinks excellent, the food is mediocre.
For example: the grey shrimp (from frozen), the foie gras ravioli were completely tasteless... or the salty caviar was so overpowering it was almost painful to eat.
In short, more pretentious than delicious.

Flawless from start to finish, quality products, a very pleasant setting, and perfect service. A huge thank you and congratulations to the entire team. The valet parking service was also very professional. The 5 stars are well deserved.

Thank you again for the excellent welcome.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by your superb entrance.
Your welcome was warm, and the valet parking service was efficient. Our table was perfectly seated, with soft background music, ideal for conversation.
Each course was a delight, and thank you for the wine recommendations.
And all of this in the splendid setting of Chantilly.
After hiking, jazz festivals, and now your restaurant and soon your accommodation, we will be back!

A very good experience at the Jardin d'Hiver restaurant for my partner's birthday. The place is magnificent, the staff very friendly and welcoming, and the food refined. I highly recommend it!

A magnificent restaurant in an incredible hotel.
We dined in the winter garden last night. The service was very good, but I do have a few comments.
First, my partner had requested the rare veal (even though it's not the ideal way to cook this type of meat), and it arrived very well-done. I don't know if the chef decided to ignore his request. As for me, I ordered the prawns. They were very good but very small; there were only six on my plate, which I find stingy for the price.

An exceptional setting for a restaurant that truly lives up to expectations. The service is professional, efficient, and pleasant. The dishes are sophisticated and refined! A genuine culinary adventure. This restaurant is a major name in Chantilly, without a doubt. A huge thank you!
