A major disappointment for a dinner costing over €100 per person. While the decor, inspired by the castle's interior, is remarkable and the drinks excellent, the food is mediocre. For example: the grey shrimp (from frozen), the foie gras ravioli were completely tasteless... or the salty caviar was so overpowering it was almost painful to eat. In short, more pretentious than delicious.

Flawless from start to finish, quality products, a very pleasant setting, and perfect service. A huge thank you and congratulations to the entire team. The valet parking service was also very professional. The 5 stars are well deserved.

Hello everyone, Thank you again for the excellent welcome. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by your superb entrance. Your welcome was warm, and the valet parking service was efficient. Our table was perfectly seated, with soft background music, ideal for conversation. Each course was a delight, and thank you for the wine recommendations. And all of this in the splendid setting of Chantilly. After hiking, jazz festivals, and now your restaurant and soon your accommodation, we will be back! Thank you to all the staff! Best wishes to you all!

A very good experience at the Jardin d'Hiver restaurant for my partner's birthday. The place is magnificent, the staff very friendly and welcoming, and the food refined. I highly recommend it!

A magnificent restaurant in an incredible hotel. We dined in the winter garden last night. The service was very good, but I do have a few comments. First, my partner had requested the rare veal (even though it's not the ideal way to cook this type of meat), and it arrived very well-done. I don't know if the chef decided to ignore his request. As for me, I ordered the prawns. They were very good but very small; there were only six on my plate, which I find stingy for the price.

The service was impeccable, with meticulous attention to detail, and the professionalism of the entire team was evident at every moment. 09/04/2026: I was disappointed by my stay at the Jeu de Paume. A 5-star hotel can't afford to make mistakes, yet this establishment had several errors. There was a computer glitch during the booking process. So, I went to pay on arrival, two days before my stay, and took the opportunity to request the blue room. Upon arrival, we were given the pink room! We waited 10 minutes in the hallway while the hostess corrected the mistake. The kettle in the room was hidden in the cabinet under the TV, and only three tea bags of unknown brand were provided. We would have preferred herbal tea or tea from a reputable brand. There were no soaps to keep, and only one shower cap for two people. Breakfast was delicious, but the hostesses lacked a smile, and the sparkling water wasn't replenished once the bottle was empty. The spa was a lovely place, but the next morning at 7:15, we found the tissues and candy wrappers left behind the day before. In short, the Auberge du Jeu de Paume doesn't deserve 5 stars. The positive points are: the bedding, the sauna which is nice and hot, the breakfast items, and the hotel's location, but that's not enough!
