Brasserie de La Paix sur Lille

Perfect dinner with colleagues. Rizoto royal mussels, nothing to complain about. Nice place in Lille.

Good table. Pleasant service. Beautiful decoration. Restaurant located in the city center, and a few minutes from old Lille.

Over an hour and a half wait for a drink and longer for food.

Very pleasant old style brasserie with bench seating along the walls and small tables that are pulled out by the waiters so that the bench sitter can take their place easily. We (2 persons) arrived without a reservation at 19:30 on a Saturday evening, but we still got in. 45 mins later, it was pretty much full house. The waiters were efficient and friendly but they had a lot of work considering the size of the restaurant. However we received our starters of Coquilles Saint Jacques and my wife's Snails and mushrooms in truffle sauce about 30 mins after ordering. The mains of Steak Tartare, salade and pommel frites and Tuna steaks on a bed of wokked vegetables were delicious and also came about 30 mins after finishing our starters. We chose two 25cl carafes of the simple white house wines and I had a coffee at the end. Total price 118 Euro. We're glad we came here and would certainly recommend it.

Our waiter was alone for 20 big tables. But he was nice, professional, and he managed very well. Food is Good, fresh fish.

Magnificent restaurant, with service that matches the dishes offered, which is to say excellent

Steak was very good, but for 32 euro not so big. I expected a bigger steak for that price. White Wine was very tasty ! In the sauce there was too much pepper. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.

Cet endroit est une découverte à Lille. Cadre vraiment sympathique ambiance art deco Parisien. Les plats sont bons. Par contre le service en cuisine est très long alors que le restaurant était à 40% de sa capacité. Les serveurs sont courtois et sympathiques mais pas réactifs pour le suivi des plats. Dommage. Bilan mitigé pour ce restaurant prometteur en apparence que je vai oublier au niveau de mes bonnes adresses

Belle expérience dans cette brasserie, Nous y sommes allés un midi et ce fut très sympa : bon accueil, service attentionné et rapide, plats goûtus et de qualité. Le décor intérieur est vraiment magnifique en plus !

Nous avons passé la soirée à la brasserie de la paix pour le réveillon de la Saint Sylvestre et nous n’avons pas été déçus ! La brasserie est très belle et chaleureuse, les plats étaient délicieux et travaillés. Merci aux talentueux musiciens qui nous ont offert un agréable moment. Merci à Jacques pour son sourire et son incroyable convivialité lors de son service. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si notre chemin repasse par Lille.
