I simply stopped by BHV Dijon for a drink and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service.
A big thank you to Éloi, who gave me excellent advice. He took the time to explain things to me and recommend something that perfectly matched my tastes. It's truly wonderful to encounter someone so friendly, professional, and passionate.
Even for just a drink, you feel very welcome and well taken care of. I'll definitely be back!

I visited BHV for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there was absolutely no wait for a table. For the quality and central location, their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended for a smooth and pleasant start to your morning.

A Valentine's Day gift from my sweetheart.
We chose the special Valentine's Day menu: absolutely flawless, absolutely delicious. Special mention for the beetroot and avocado appetizer… unforgettable.
My partner, who lives in Dijon, also told me about their burger: apparently exceptional.
Impeccable service, perfectly organized. Despite two power outages, there was no wait. The staff remained attentive and gave us the choice of ordering immediately or waiting between courses.
A truly excellent restaurant that I will definitely keep in mind.

I used to come to this restaurant regularly, I was always satisfied, until yesterday evening, I often had a flank steak, always tender, side dish provided. Now, the shallot and salad have been removed. It's just a steak and fries, which certainly remains good, but for €23.90, this dish is still missing something... a bit disappointed, no dessert given the prices, €10

Everything was excellent; you can tell the food is homemade. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I don't recognize any of the negative reviews about my experience at this restaurant.

Very well located on Place de la Libération. The welcome was adequate. The small menu is generally a sign of quality. The dishes are good and well presented. Good value for money. A good place to eat.
The only downside is the cleanliness of the toilets! (That's why it's rated 4 stars instead of 5.)

I ate the BHV burger, and frankly I didn't find it very good, especially for the price. The fries were as tough as can be. My friends only had chicken with fries and steak fries. The chicken was very tough to eat, and the steak was okay.
Plus, the next day, almost all of us were sick...
So I recommend it for a drink because the place is beautiful, but not for eating.
