Great discovery! An elegant brasserie. Good atmosphere. We drink good beer there. I recommend the platter to share, it's killer. Local and fresh products 👍. Very nice little moment between friends. A charming and pleasant waitress. I will introduce other people to it. I adore !

Superb brasserie ideally located in Vesoul. The place is clean, well animated. The food is very tasty there ! But the big plus of this place is the bartender Maxime who took great care of our group. We had a good laugh, we felt at home thanks to him who always had a smile and attention to know if everything was going well

A little disappointed with my last beef tartare which didn't look homemade and which was already prepared with a lot of pickle...But in general it's very good and very tasty. Meat cooking respected all the time, nice daily menu and reasonable price. Good choice of dessert. good atmosphere. Helpful and competent staff

Service rapide et correct, toutefois le respect de certains clients laisse à désirer. Bruyant sans que le personnel n'intervienne pour leur demander de faire moins de bruit.

08/01/2024: After 5 visits in 2023, we enjoy it every time! The products are of very good quality, served generously, and well cooked!! There should be a place like the Café des Abattoirs in every city! We come from Lausanne and spend a lovely day with friends at Vincent's! A delight . Can't wait to go back, if you like offal and generous cuisine, this is the right place. Chris
