Brasserie des Halles sur Fontainebleau

Traditional dishes, simple and well-prepared. The truffle is very present in the poached egg and the brie. The location is very good. The interior decor is certainly not Instagrammable, there is certainly nothing extravagant on the menu, but it is exactly this simplicity and authenticity that I was looking for. Very good service too: smiling and accommodating waiter. Starter, main course, dessert, drink for less than €30/person. Good value for money, good address.
