Well... This is a well-known bakery and pastry shop in Fontainebleau.
The products are good, and the shop is lovely.
However, the products are still quite expensive, and the sales staff's service needs improvement, really! You're a high-end bakery; we expect a similar level of service. (They give the impression of being a bother, don't look at customers, and sigh at the slightest question). I don't think I'll be back...

A very positive experience for us.
Two months ago, we were looking for a cake to complete our dessert buffet for a family event. We ordered a Saint Honoré cake.
After tasting it, we were delighted and returned to place our order for five Saint Honoré cakes for our buffet.
Our guests were thrilled.
I highly recommend this experience from start to finish: the welcome, the initial tasting order, the second order, the delivery on the day, and especially the invaluable advice regarding cake presentation.

A fantastic bakery that awakens your taste buds at first sight. I'm one of those people who judges a good pastry shop by its basics, so I have to point out that this is the second time I've set my sights on that magnificent croissant that's been beckoning me from the window, and when I place my order with the waitress, she dives over to a cart behind her and grabs a croissant from a paper bag.
But then, when it comes time to eat it, even though the taste and flavors are there, in addition to its size, its appearance, to my great disappointment, is not comparable to those that so tempted me in the window... Is this a mistake or a strategy to sell off a less popular batch? I'll let you be the judge.

After visiting Fontainebleau Castle, a stroll through the town's streets was a must.
I passed by Frédéric Cassel's shop, which looked particularly tempting in this winter chill.
The shop offers a wide variety of products, including a bakery section, a chocolate shop, and savory snacks.
I bought a candied chestnut and some chocolates, which were delicious.
The prices are rather high.
The service and staff were admittedly quick but courteous and friendly during my visit.
I also received some advice on choosing chocolates.
Located on one of the town's main streets, the shop is easily accessible on foot or by car.
