Brasserie du Casino sur Vichy

I don't usually leave Google reviews after eating at a restaurant, but this one deserves it. The welcome was incredibly kind and warm 😊 As for the food, I had leek vinaigrette (excellent and beautifully presented) and a Caesar salad, which was also delicious and very well presented. When I heard other customers complaining about their cold dishes that the presentation was done by an apprentice, I was amazed. Anyway, if that apprentice happens to see this, I wanted to congratulate you and give you a big thumbs up (I didn't have time to tell the servers because they were busy with a lot of customers). I'm sure you'll succeed in this field! I recommend this establishment 1000%!

We came to this bouillon restaurant having experience with Parisian bouillons... the welcome and service were certainly warm, however, the food left much to be desired. The beef and fries were good, but the accompanying sauces (mayo and blue cheese sauce) must not have been fresh, as we felt nauseous all afternoon. The profiteroles were melted, and the whipped cream arrived melted and no longer had the consistency that fresh whipped cream should have. To top it all off, the daily special tart was a dry, bland, "metro" type tart with stale whipped cream. It's a shame because bouillon restaurants often have a good reputation; unfortunately, this one is an exception, and we do not recommend it.

A truly beautiful and charming place with a Belle Époque decor, filled with memorabilia from the artists who performed at the theater next door... a guaranteed escape into the past. The service was very pleasant and attentive. Simple dishes at reasonable prices (that's the principle of a "bouillon," but made with good ingredients and presented with care). Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Dear fellow motorhome enthusiasts, we found this a pleasant spot in Vichy, with a truly friendly and attentive team of servers. The welcome was warm, and the service remained cheerful and attentive, which was much appreciated. However, we were rather disappointed by the slow service. For us, one of the great advantages of a bouillon restaurant is precisely being able to eat properly in a convivial atmosphere with relatively quick service. This time, we remained at the table for almost two hours without even having dessert or coffee. That's really a long time for this type of establishment and it detracts somewhat from the convenience one looks for in a bouillon restaurant. Another minor drawback: holiday vouchers are not accepted. A shame, especially in a touristy town like Vichy. Despite these remarks, we were particularly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the servers. With slightly smoother and faster service, the experience would have been much better.

We had lunch on the terrace. We were greeted by a rather shy but professional waiter. The meal, reminiscent of a bouillon, offered excellent value for money. We will gladly return during our next stay in Vichy.

Good value for money. The food is good. The staff are efficient and friendly. However, we recommend booking if you want to sit on the terrace.

Recently had lunch at Bouillon des Artistes! Never disappointed, pleasant service and delicious food. Remember to book, it gets busy.
