The cassoulet, a local favorite, lives up to its promise. Plus, the owner is very friendly.

Well, we had dinner! And in the middle of August, it was freezing! And of course, the wait was incredible! I had to ask for water because after an hour they still hadn't served us, and it was already so hot! Water was essential! The food was okay, but the service was nonexistent!

A wonderful surprise! A simple restaurant, but with truly delicious food. Special mention for the fig tart, excellent! A great find to end the holidays.

Friendly welcome, good background music, delicious and hearty homemade cassoulet. A pleasant evening away from the crowds of the citadel.

We stopped by for a quick lunch and got 4 burgers served with fries and salad! I have to say, they were very good! The staff was so good, one was working and two were just standing around!

The steak tartare is excellent, not to mention the cassoulet. Everything is homemade.

boulangerie pâtisserie au péché mignon

03/01/2026: I discovered this bakery/pastry shop quite by chance during my recent stay in Carcassonne, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Freshness, quality, price, service—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.
