Le Païchérou sur Carcassonne

I went there with friends just for a drink, and the place is great! The staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm not from Carcassonne, but I'll definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area.

First of all, the setting is superb, a perfect blend of modernity and the building's history. We ate very well, exactly what you expect when you come to eat here: excellent ingredients, quality meats cooked to perfection over a wood fire, and delicious side dishes! Special mention goes to Arthur's (the restaurant's chef) chocolate mousse.

A magnificent and legendary spot in Carcassonne! It's recently been taken over by a young and dynamic team... The daily menu is perfect and of very high quality: I highly recommend it! Great atmosphere and very promising summer evenings... A real gem!
