Le Païchérou sur Carcassonne

We were pleasantly surprised given some of the negative reviews on the website. For my husband's birthday, forty people were present, all satisfied with the meal, the service, and the friendliness of the staff. Julie is very competent, pleasant, and dedicated to satisfying her customers. I recommend this establishment and will contact them again for another occasion.

A wonderful discovery! The food was delicious and generous, the ingredients high quality, and the presentation impeccable. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere very friendly. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place!

Great restaurant in Carcassonne, the food is excellent, and the setting is beautiful 😌

A moment of pure bliss! The setting is magnificent, the dishes are generous and beautifully presented, and the team is dynamic and very attentive. We will be back!

Great atmosphere and top-notch service! I highly recommend it!

A truly wonderful place! A real institution in Carcassonne, recently taken over, and it's a great success. The setting is lovely, the waitresses are friendly and efficient, and above all, the food is excellent. Simple and classic dishes, but always with a touch of originality and creativity that makes all the difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; I highly recommend it!

Very pleasant under the plane trees, live retro music, a very friendly old-fashioned guinguette atmosphere for seniors and younger people alike.

Great restaurant in a very pretty setting!
