We regularly visit Brasserie du Parc; the quality is consistently excellent. The team is pleasant, efficient, and very professional. The menu is varied, featuring local products and fresh fish. Tonight, we thoroughly enjoyed the salmon sourced from a local fishmonger. A must-visit in Châtelaillon! Thank you to the team!

A place to remember! The welcome was fantastic, the staff friendly, and the food perfect. There was a reasonable wait between courses, and no pressure to seat other customers. The menu is varied enough to please everyone, adults and children alike. Be sure to book ahead, as space is limited 😉

We loved it! The servers were fantastic, the food was delicious! The beef tartare was excellent! It's a shame we were only passing through, otherwise you would be one of our favorite places! We would most certainly have tried everything on the menu! A big thank you from the people of Pau!
