Passing through the region for our holiday in Angoulins, we were craving a good pizza! After a bit of searching, we chose Chatel Pizz and honestly, we have no regrets! A very warm welcome, hardly any wait after ordering, and above all, truly delicious and generously topped pizzas! A place we highly recommend!

We ordered takeout, the pizzas were ready when we arrived, and they were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful! And the sock wall is hilarious! I highly recommend it!!

A pure delight! I come to visit my family in the area every summer, and I've only just discovered this place! The pizzas are generous and very well topped, and the taste is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed them. A little anecdote: by pure chance, I bumped into the manager, who used to work at the bumper cars at the funfair right next door where I spent my evenings with my father. It brought back wonderful memories and made for a pleasant chat. By the way, the staff is lovely and very friendly, which is a real pleasure. I recommend it 200%! 🙂🙂

Delicious, generous portions, and beautifully presented, all at very attractive prices, especially considering the quality of the welcome and service. 31/08/2026: Fantastic evening!!! Nothing to complain about, from the quality of the food (mmm, the calzone!) to the friendliness of the staff.
30/08/2026: There were seven of us, and the service was incredibly fast. The food was so good you could lick your fingers! Excellent. It's a bit out of the way in La Rochelle, but it's worth the trip.
