24/05/2026: We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for our stay at the Hôtel Majestic in Châtelaillon, room 17. This family-run hotel boasts beautiful architecture and a particularly appealing old-world charm. The entire property is impeccably maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and feature excellent, firm, and very comfortable beds. As for the welcome… it was simply outstanding. We were greeted by Candice, an extremely welcoming, pleasant, and smiling young woman. She looked after us for three days, always with great professionalism and kindness. Her advice on visiting the region was invaluable, precise, and perfectly explained. She speaks about Châtelaillon with enthusiasm and elegance, beautifully showcasing this charming town. Her speech is fluid, natural, and a pleasure to listen to. Candice truly possesses all the qualities needed to welcome guests in the best possible conditions. In addition to being clear and highly professional, she possesses a subtle and understated sense of humor that makes interactions particularly pleasant and warm. We sincerely wanted to give her a special mention. We also wanted to mention the hotel owners, a discreet yet deeply pleasant couple. The lady of the house possesses a gentleness and delicacy imbued with an elegance reminiscent of the Land of the Rising Sun. Her natural smile and kindness lend the establishment a particularly soothing and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was varied, generous, and made with fresh products. During dinner, the attention to detail was always evident. The dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, some with a delicate touch of exoticism that was much appreciated. The plates were presented with refinement, adding an extra touch of pleasure to each meal. What more can we say… if we return to the region, we will gladly stay at this hotel again. Thanks again to the whole team for this wonderful stay.

16/05/2026: We regularly visit Brasserie du Parc; the quality is consistently excellent. The team is pleasant, efficient, and very professional. The menu is varied, featuring local products and fresh fish. Tonight, we thoroughly enjoyed the salmon sourced from a local fishmonger. A must-visit in Châtelaillon! Thank you to the team!

15/05/2026: A place to remember! The welcome was fantastic, the staff friendly, and the food perfect. There was a reasonable wait between courses, and no pressure to seat other customers. The menu is varied enough to please everyone, adults and children alike. Be sure to book ahead, as space is limited 😉

29/09/2025: An excellent brasserie, the likes of which unfortunately don't exist many anymore... The dishes are generous, very fresh, and carefully prepared. The welcome was friendly, cheerful, and very professional. The mussels (bouchot, of course!) were simply delicious. All this at a very reasonable price. The service was simply impeccable: the woman who served us was particularly attentive, professional, and warm. The dishes were excellent; everything was beautifully presented and delicious. From start to finish, everything was truly close to perfect. We highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return!

20/05/2026: We came to eat as a group of three, as we do every time we're in Châtellaillon. The menu is still excellent, and the waitress, who has been there for a long time, is always very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, we can't say the same for the bartender who served us; he was extremely unpleasant. A shame, and we hope we don't encounter him on our next visit.

18/05/2026: Reservations are highly recommended, and you'll quickly see why! Despite its large dining room, the restaurant fills up fast. The pizzas are excellent: thin crust, fresh and flavorful toppings. The desserts are generous, indulgent, and truly delicious. The service is quick, the waitresses are lovely, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!
