Very surprised by this excellent cuisine, worthy of a very good restaurant, the price is more than correct. I highly recommend this friendly brasserie. We will come back to this.

Space with local food at a good price. The menu of the day cost €15.50, water and coffee included. They treated us calmly and offered several alternatives. Ideal place to escape from the most touristy restaurants in the area. Vintage decoration.

Very nice home. Never been disappointed by the quality, quantity, reasonable price. From now on when we go to Ariège, we stop there when we pass through Mirepoix...

20/08/2024: nous y avons dîné tardivement accueil sympathique service rapide et souriant bons plats bon vin un très bon moment pour nous à recommander
12/08/2024: Très bon moment en famille comme d’habitude. À chaque retour du Canada pour visiter notre famille, le St-Maurice est notre rdv ! Léa, notre serveuse au grand sourire c’est très bien occupée de nous. RDV est donné pour l’été 2025 !
