Brasserie Flo Metz sur Metz

The dining room is magnificent. The menu is very appealing. But in the end, the food was bland. The saffron risotto had no real flavor, and the confit garlic sauce tasted like a typical meat sauce. I feel there's a disconnect between the menu descriptions and what you actually get. They offer gravlax salmon, which is supposed to be raw, but we received cooked salmon. The chocolate pistachio tartlet, Dubai-style, was too simple. The chocolate was good, but the pistachio tasted like a sugary dessert. In short, I was rather disappointed, especially considering it's a place that's often been recommended to me.

The setting is truly beautiful, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the servers were friendly. We came on a Saturday evening, but unfortunately, there were several minor hiccups during the ordering process. We waited an extremely long time (45 minutes) for our champagne flutes, which arrived at the same time as the appetizers and wines, so we received everything at once. Furthermore, there was a mistake with one dish, and one person had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That said, the food was good, but the meat wasn't exceptional according to my guests. Considering the price, we wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

The setting is magnificent, the cuisine varied and excellent, the service quality, in short, to consume without moderation!!

Lunch with the family. Impeccable service and delicious food. Quick service too. Nice wine list. Will definitely return to try the seafood.

Quality above all. Food made with ingredients that emphasize homemade quality. The service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is inviting, with attractive decor.

I hesitated to go to this restaurant, thinking, "Hey, it's a brasserie, kind of Parisian style... why not try something different?" The decor is nice, and the waiters are too. The starter wasn't great, quite bland—the tzatziki with crab and shrimp... €18.50 is steep. We were worried that our main courses wouldn't be great either, but no, it was a very pleasant surprise. My sweetheart really enjoyed his steak tartare, and I loved the slow-cooked veal, which was incredibly tender. The wine is quite expensive, very expensive; even my sweetheart only had one glass, and I didn't order anything. So, let's just say it wasn't bad, but we won't necessarily go back. The prices are still high, and I'm afraid I'll be disappointed. I did appreciate being seated at a separate table after I asked, since there was space available.

I was absolutely delighted with my visit to Brasserie des Arts et Métiers! The service was quick, the cocktails excellent, and the presentation beautiful. Plus, the portions were very generous. The staff was incredibly attentive, which was much appreciated, and the setting was superbly decorated. It was truly flawless, and I highly recommend it!

A very classy restaurant with a very extensive menu for seafood lovers. A very pleasant experience!
