May 1, 2025. We went to eat on Thursday, market day in Nyons, which was also the May 1st Labor Day celebration. We were welcomed without a reservation (5 people). The couscous was excellent, and the staff were very pleasant and smiling. The prices are reasonable.

I was unlucky with the carpaccio; it wasn't fully thawed... and ended up in a puddle! The Camembert and burger were decent. The waitress was friendly.

Despite the crowds, the staff did their best and were very kind. We were warned there would be a wait, which wasn't surprising considering the crowd, especially arriving at 1 p.m., and the wait was reasonable. The food was good. I recommend it. Congratulations to the young people too! Keep it up!

While visiting the area with friends for our vacation, we went to the aquatic center and discovered this brasserie. What a wonderful surprise! A very warm and friendly welcome. The managers are very professional. The dishes we ordered were excellent. A perfectly cooked tuna steak, an excellent beef burger, and for me, a sublime beef tartare. I recommend this restaurant. I look forward to coming back.
