Brasserie l'aidyl sur Bruges

I've been twice since the beginning of the year for lunch at this restaurant. The first time was very good; the dishes were tasty, the portions were just right, and the service was reasonably quick. I went back this month and was disappointed. The steak tartare was good, but the dessert was a letdown. I chose the chocolate mousse, which was served in a jar, and frankly, there was more whipped cream than mousse. It took four spoonfuls to eat it. The quantity was truly insufficient, even ridiculous, as we laughed because we were so surprised. The wait for dessert was also quite long, even though the dining room and terrace weren't full. I'll go back a third time before crossing this place off my list, and I hope to find the same quality I experienced on my first visit.

The setting is superb, but we were a little disappointed by the portion sizes, especially the side dishes. Otherwise, it was very good 😉

Good value for money, exactly what you'd expect from a bouillon restaurant. Impeccable and friendly service. Very pleasant place and atmosphere 👍🏼

Good establishment, Since switching to a broth-based system, the portions have really shrunk… even for the daily specials not listed on the menu. A real shame. It's no longer worth the price for the quantity. Pleasant atmosphere and service.

Bouillon, located in Bruges, has a nice setting and the service is nothing special. Prices are typical for a bouillon restaurant. Monaco 25 cl: €4.50 Beef tartare & fries: €12.50 Bouillon burger & fries: €11.90 French toast brioche & caramel: €4 Vanilla crème brûlée: €4 The dishes and desserts arrived quickly. The food was good. Good value for money.
