Brasserie Le Belena sur Beaune

A very welcoming brasserie serving excellent food. The service is quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and attentive. During the week there's a set menu offering excellent value for money, but generally speaking, the prices are more than reasonable, including for drinks. Passing through the area, we went twice in two days. It's best to book ahead or arrive right when they open.

Beautiful place, excellent restaurant, and attentive service (despite the unshaven waiter – he'll understand 😉). The only downside is serving Italian beer in such a beautiful setting, especially since we have such good beer in France (Alsace 😉). Weather, Fischer, unicorn... But apart from that, I highly recommend it. The restaurant is super friendly, the owner is super friendly, and the staff are just like him – fantastic!

A really good brasserie, classic and of high quality with top-notch service, more frequented by locals than tourists which says it all: a sure bet.

What a pleasure to have rediscovered dear Belena... It had been quite a while since we'd been back...serves us right...😅 We were there at the end of the season for the autumn/winter menu...and we enjoyed the last meals of the winter season. Starting next week, the spring/summer menu will be available to discover... It will certainly live up to the autumn/winter menu that is now ending; the quality, the quantity will be there, and so will our trust! When you have the pleasure of being welcomed and taken care of, so to speak, by Stéphane, a superb wine advisor among other things, and by Anne's service and Dom's kindness...you are guaranteed to have had an excellent time, right in the heart of Beaune... The food is excellent and plentiful. The staff are responsive, friendly, and professional.

Always come here when I visit Beaune and always received a delicious meal at a reasonable price.
