The service was friendly and very professional, and the dishes were very well prepared: perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.
Drawbacks: Why serve toast? And especially, why play music when the restaurant is already extremely noisy?

Fantastic dinner at Ma Cuisine!
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and weren't disappointed at all!
The service was impeccable and the entire team was incredibly friendly. We were seated at the bar and were able to watch the Breton chef preparing the dishes, listening to his commentary. The lamb shoulder was truly delicious, as was everything else. The ambiance and decor are modern and cozy. The price is rather high, but the experience is worth it. I highly recommend it!

What a joy to be able to gather with family and friends in this iconic Beaune establishment. The restaurant has undergone a complete makeover in recent months with Mathieu's return to the helm, and it's simply wonderful. Everything has been tastefully designed, the cuisine is simply perfect, and the service is magnificent. We will be back again and again and again. ❤️❤️❤️🙏

Great service, it was a thoughtfull gesture by the waiter to recieve us in Dutch when we walked in. The kitchen is fast, efficient and serves high quality products in classical French dishes. The prices are fair, especially considering the location and the winelist is exceptional.

What a beautiful place to eat a local Bourgogne dinner. The food is local and authentic, but still modern in its approach. The wines here are just exceptional. Even the wines by glass are local and great Bourgogne wines.

I visited this place because I heard the wine list was good. The wines from the producers I wanted to try were sold out, but the list was excellent overall. Compared to the wine list, the food was ordinary. The tables are very close together.

A fantastic experience at the new Ma Cuisine since the takeover by the son, Mathieu Escoffier, who has clearly surrounded himself with a great team in both the kitchen and the dining room. High-quality French cuisine and very well-chosen ingredients. An extraordinary wine list, including many rare wines at fair prices. A place not to be missed, one of those places that leaves you wanting more.

We discovered Ma Cuisine and were absolutely delighted, not only by the food but also by everything else… a huge thank you to Léony for her service, her smile, and her good humor despite the rush! We have rarely been so warmly welcomed in a restaurant, and the food was excellent!
We will definitely be back because of all this!
