Brasserie Le Belena sur Beaune

Very good and tasty food. The quality was as expected good. Typacal Burgundy good. Amazing wine menu. Top address to have good food and wine in Beaune. The prices are fair. I would highly recommend you to make a reservation as it was super busy and packed.

Great meal, good value so we ate here twice during a recent trip.

The food was truly delicious, from the Boeuf Bourguignon to the chicken stewed in white wine, but the service was extremely disappointing. We made a dinner reservation for six people on September 28th, and a friend who speaks French clearly told the male waiter that we wanted the white wine and appetizers brought first, and then the red wine and main course. He agreed. However, while we were still enjoying the white wine and the first course, the red wine and the hot main course were brought out all at once. Since there wasn't enough space on the table, we politely declined, but another female waiter didn't apologize and forced the plates down. We explained and protested in French at the time, but our explanation was ignored. There was absolutely no space left on the table, so we had no choice but to stack the empty white wine bottle and finished plates on the floor as a form of protest. It was a real shame that we were treated so forcefully, especially since the food was so wonderful.

Good restaurant. The food was delicious. Apparently popular with groups. When the restaurant is full, it can get quite hectic. However, the staff always manages it well. Recommended.

My wife and I ate twice here after biking around Beaune. I thought the food was excellent, especially the salade périgourdine entrée, if you don't mind duck parts that Americans don't often consume. Our servers were kind and attentive both nights. The place does fill up, but they have an easy-to-use reservation system on their website.

A lovely experience this lunchtime, with delicious and generous portions, and very pleasant and efficient service. I recommend it for families or couples passing through the area.

Typical French style. Often very busy, so it's usually full. Reservations are recommended. The staff are friendly and very dedicated. The value for money is excellent. We always enjoy coming here. Alexander
